RWD #18 New Billing System

New Billing System: RWD #18 is transitioning to a new billing system in the coming months that will change how we do business.

*Customers will have the option to download an app to manage and pay bills. * Cardstock bills (that the post office machines eat) will be replaced by bills in envelopes which will include a return envelope for your payment.* Online payments will be less complicated.

Several other things on our end will be changing, bear with us during transiton, the changes, once complete will make things much more effecient for everyone.
